“Impractical Jokers” Star Brian Quinn Featured in New ‘Victor Crowley’ Clip
Earlier today we shared with you the first five minutes of Adam Green’s Victor Crowley, the fourth installment in the Hatchet franchise that arrives on DVD and Blu-ray tomorrow, February 6. Three people were brutally killed in that clip, but today’s second sneak preview clip focuses more on humor than horror.
Victor Crowley stars Brian Quinn from “Impractical Jokers,” and he’s featured alongside Hatchet mainstay Parry Shen in a new clip Dark Sky dropped this afternoon.

“In 2007, over forty people were brutally torn to pieces in Louisiana’s Honey Island Swamp. Over the past decade, lone survivor Andrew’s (Parry Shen) claims that local legend Victor Crowley (Kane Hodder, Friday the 13th series) was responsible for the horrific massacre have been met with great controversy. But when a twist of fate puts him back at the scene of the tragedy, Crowley is mistakenly resurrected and Andrew must face the bloodthirsty ghost from his past.”

Monkey Man is currently 88% Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes, with Bloody Disgusting’s head critic Meagan Navarro awarding the film 4.5/5 stars in her review out of SXSW back in March.
Meagan raves, “While the violence onscreen is palpable and painful, it’s not just the exquisite fight choreography and thrilling action set pieces that set Monkey Man apart but also its political consciousness, unique narrative structure, and myth-making scale.”

Inspired by the legend of Hanuman, Monkey Man stars Patel as Kid, an anonymous young man who ekes out a meager living in an underground fight club where, night after night, wearing a gorilla mask, he is beaten bloody by more popular fighters for cash. After years of suppressed rage, Kid discovers a way to infiltrate the enclave of the city’s sinister elite. As his childhood trauma boils over, his mysteriously scarred hands unleash an explosive campaign of retribution to settle the score with the men who took everything from him.
