A horror film shot on an iPhone in a single week, Steven Soderbergh’s Unsane has been generating a whole lot of buzz in recent months; Soderbergh is, after all, the Oscar winning filmmaker behind Traffic, Ocean’s Eleven and Magic Mike, to name just a few.
Claire Foy stars as a woman committed to an institution against her will, and a new UK trailer today teases the mind-fuckery of Soderbergh’s hotly anticipated horror film.

“A young woman leaves her hometown to escape a troubled past and begin a new job. But when she is involuntarily committed to a mental institution she is confronted by her greatest fear — but is it real or just her delusion?
