Noah Hawley (“Fargo,” “Legion”) is in pre-production on a sci-fi drama that had been going under the title Pale Blue Dot, but it looks like the film is now without an official title. In any event, Deadline updates on the project today, letting us know that “Fear the Walking Dead” star Colman Domingo has joined the cast, as has Jeremiah Birkett.

Domingo will play a NASA official, while Birkett is space station Commander Hank Underwood.

It tells the story of a female astronaut who, upon returning to Earth from a mission in space, begins to slowly unravel and lose touch with reality.

The film is based on a spec by Brian C Brown and Elliott DiGuiseppi.
