ScreenDaily reports that Galen Christy’s US sales and distribution outfit High Octane Pictures has unveiled its EFM sales that includes the psychological thriller Children of Moloch, which stars genre veteran Michael Biehn (The Terminator, Aliens, Grindhouse) and centers on a child sacrifice cult.
In the film…
“When their father is murdered, three brothers descend upon an Oregon mountain river to spread his ashes. After they arrive, one of their children goes missing. One of the brothers was himself abducted 30 years ago when they visited this same river, but he has blocked the incident out of his mind. Only by unlocking the mysteries inside his subconscious, will they be able to find the child and return him to safety.”
High Octane Pictures also commences talks on Paulo Leite’s horror film Inner Ghosts, about a medium that receives a device from the afterlife.
In that film, “Dr. Helen Stevens is running tests on ghosts while trying to prove a theory that may revolutionize the treatment of brain diseases. As she trains her assistants, Helen discovers the unique opportunity to get her revenge on the entity that destroyed her life 15 years ago.”
