Back in 2016, The Asylum fully embraced the absurdity of Zoombies, set inside a safari park where all the zoo animals had been turned into the hungry undead. This year, a sequel!
The Asylum announced over on Twitter last night that Zoombies 2 is coming *this month*, and they also debuted the film’s poster/home video art. You can check that out below.
We don’t yet have plot details for the sequel, but in the first Zoombies, “When a strange virus quickly spreads through a safari park and turns all the zoo animals undead, those left in the park must stop the creatures before they escape and zombify the whole city.”
