Keeping in mind that it’s merely promo/licensing art from Sony and *not* an official poster of any kind, this early promo for Jason Reitman‘s Ghostbusters is nonetheless interesting because it seems to present the new film’s tagline. Mind you, things could of course change between now and next year, but Sony’s current tagline for the film is: You know who to call.
Filming is said to begin this summer on Reitman’s film, a sequel to the original Ghostbusters that will not be acknowledging the events of Paul Feig’s 2016 take on the classic.
Finn Wolfhard (“Stranger Things,” IT), Mckenna Grace (Captain Marvel) and Carrie Coon (Widows) are thus far attached to star, playing the family at the center of the film.
“A family moves back home to a small town where they learn more about who they are.”
Reitman co-wrote the script with Gil Kenan.
Ghostbusters will return to theaters on July 10, 2020.
