‘Elm Street’ Franchise’s Poster Artist Matthew Peak Just Created a New One for ‘Freddy’s Dead’!

Published

We can compare and contrast the big horror franchises until we’re all blue in the face, but one thing that nobody can deny is that A Nightmare on Elm Street is the clear winner in the art department. The hand-painted posters for the first five films in the series are as iconic as the imagery in the films themselves, and we have artist Matthew Joseph Peak to thank for them.

All these years later, Peak has whipped up a new poster for the sixth film, Freddy’s Dead!

Bottleneck Gallery is selling two different versions of Peak’s Freddy’s Dead art:

  • With text: 20-color screen print, 24 x 36″, signed and hand-numbered edition of 150, $75.
  • Without text: 20-color screen print 24 x 36″, signed and hand-numbered edition of 50, $85.

Head over to Bottleneck Gallery to grab one of these while you can!
