Here’s Your First Look at an Unrecognizable Dee Wallace in Rob Zombie’s ‘3 from Hell’
Rob Zombie loves to give fun roles to legendary actors and he’s thus far given a couple to Dee Wallace, who starred in both Halloween and The Lords of Salem. Up next, the E.T. and Cujo star will appear in Zombie’s 3 from Hell, and you may not even recognize it’s her at first.
“I can tell you, look really closely; you won’t even know it’s me,” Wallace told Rue Morgue last week. “I walked by Sid Haig and Bill Moseley the first time we were on set together and said, ‘Hey, guys,’ and they looked at me and went, ‘My God, it’s Dee!’ Sid said, ‘Oh my God, I never would have known that was you!’ I play a character I’ve never played before, not particularly a nice one, and I have a lot of great scenes with Sheri Moon Zombie.”
Wallace teased, “This woman…. she’s waaaaay out there.”
Check out your first look at Wallace’s character below!
Lionsgate and Saban Films are unleashing 3 From Hell in nearly 900 select movie theaters on September 16, 17 and 18, 2019 through Fathom’s Digital Broadcast Network.

‘Other Mommy’ Starring Jessica Chastain Gets ‘R’ Rating for “Some Bloody Violence”
Jessica Chastain stars in the upcoming horror movie Other Mommy, and the film’s official MPA rating has arrived ahead of its release in theaters this coming Halloween season.
Other Mommy is Rated R for “some bloody violence, and language.”
From director Rob Savage (Host), Other Mommy is an adaptation of Josh Malerman’s (Bird Box) novel Incidents Around the House, and it’s in theaters October 9 from Universal.
Watch the official Other Mommy trailer below to begin this domestic nightmare.
From producer James Wan, one of the most influential architects of modern horror, and Blumhouse Atomic Monster, behind Backrooms and Obsession, comes a terrifying trip from breakout genre director Rob Savage, into the darkening world of a young girl, Bela, who forms a relationship with a sinister entity in her home who looks uncannily like her own mother.
Academy Award® winner Jessica Chastain (It Chapter Two, The Eyes of Tammy Faye) stars in dual roles as Bela’s mother and as “Other Mommy,” a manifestation of the entity.
Jay Duplass (Transparent, Industry) plays Daddo, Bela’s father, and Arabella Olivia Clark (The Housemaid, The Hand that Rocks the Cradle) plays Bela. The impressive supporting cast includes Actor Award nominee Dichen Lachman (Severance), Emmy and Tony Award nominee Arian Moayed (Succession) and screen legend Karen Allen (Indiana Jones).
Other Mommy is directed by Rob Savage (Host, The Boogeyman) from a screenplay by WGA award winner Nathan Elston, writer for the Emmy-winning sensation Succession, based on the New York Times bestselling novel Incidents Around the House by Josh Malerman (Bird Box).
