Jason Reitman‘s Ghostbusters 2020 is now filming in Canada, and a handful of set photos have just made their way onto social media. As the original teaser video promised, the classic Ecto-1 is making a return in the years-later sequel to the 1984 classic, and it’s certainly seen better days. Another set photo shows a Stay Puft Marshmallows ad being painted onto the side of a building, and we wouldn’t be surprised if Stay Puft himself makes an appearance in the new movie. Down below you’ll also find a few photos of star Paul Rudd on set.
Will the original cast be back? At this time, we still can’t say for sure.
The new film, a sequel to the original classic, centers on a family that moves back home to a small town where they learn more about who they are.
Paul Rudd, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace, Carrie Coon and Sigourney Weaver will star alongside Celeste O’Connor and Logan Kim.
Ghostbusters will return to theaters on July 10, 2020.
