Ahead of next week’s release, the final trailer for Ruben Fleischer‘s Zombieland: Double Tap is here, and it’s a “red band” affair so maybe don’t hit “play” if you’re at work right now.
Oddly enough, the trailer suggests that Bill Murray is in some way returning in a meta moment that references the first film, wherein Murray played himself for one of the all-time best cameos in horror history. It’s impossible to know the context of that particular moment based on the snippet we see here, but we’re certainly interested to see how that all plays out.

Emma Stone, Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, and Abigail Breslin are all reprising their roles, with Zoey Deutch, Avan Jogia, Luke Wilson and Rosario Dawson joining them.
In this next installment, through comic mayhem that stretches from the White House and through the heartland, the zombie slayers must face off against many new kinds of zombies that have evolved since the first movie, as well as some new human survivors. But most of all, they have to face the growing pains of their own snarky, makeshift family.
The 10-years-later sequel is releasing on October 18.
