Now being billed as being from the director of Venom and writers of Deadpool, Columbia Pictures shared this new clip from Zombieland: Double Tap.
In this next installment, through comic mayhem that stretches from the White House and through the heartland, the zombie slayers must face off against many new kinds of zombies that have evolved since the first movie, as well as some new human survivors. But most of all, they have to face the growing pains of their own snarky, makeshift family.
The footage opens with one of the rules of Jesse Eisenberg‘s character (limber up) as he and Woody Harrelson scope out a bus. They share their binoculars with Zoey Deutch, who looks through them in reverse. While the trailers imply that Deutch may be an annoyance to the survivors, Emma Stone ends the clip by gushing, “Isn’t she adorable?!”
Ruben Fleischer‘s sequel that will double tap audiences on October 18th.
