Fresh off his memorable role as Anthony ‘Tony Pro’ Provenzano in Martin Scorsese’s The Irishman, Deadline reports that Stephen Graham (“Boardwalk Empire,” Rocketman) has joined the cast of the Venom sequel that’s being directed by Andy Serkis.
The actor’s role in the film, at this time, is unknown.
Tom Hardy and Michelle Williams are both coming back for the sequel, with Woody Harrelson as Cletus Kasady/Carnage and Naomie Harris as the character known as Shriek.
The sequel’s script was written by Kelly Marcel.
Maximum Carnage will be unleashed on October 2, 2020.
