Here’s the official poster art for Ant Timpson’s (read our interview) hilarious must-see directorial debut Come to Daddy that comes with the news that Saban Films will release the film in select theaters, VOD, and Digital on February 7, 2020. The film was an honorable mention on my best of 2019 list.
The horror-comedy follows a man in his thirties (Elijah Wood) who travels to a remote cabin to reconnect with his estranged father.
The film also stars Stephen McHattie (Watchmen, Mother!, Pontypool) and Martin Donovan (Ant-Man, “Big Little Lies”).
Bloody Disgusting’s Meagan Navarro reviewed the film out of the World Premiere, writing that it’s an “insane crowd-pleaser” with “absurd thrills, chills, and guffaws.” You can see one of her quotes on the official one-sheet, courtesy of Collider.
