Released in 2016, Red Storm Entertainment’s VR game Werewolves Within is headed to the big screen, with Josh Ruben (Scare Me) set to direct a horror-comedy adaptation.
Deadline reports that Sam Richardson (“Veep”) will star in the film.
“The Werewolves Within fantasy video game is set in a fictitious medieval town where a werewolf is attacking the townspeople. In a Mafia-style format, the players of the game must guess who among them is the werewolf in disguise.”
Mishna Wolff is adapting the game, which was released by Ubisoft.
