In the wake of It Follows and Under the Silver Lake, filmmaker David Robert Mitchell is next making his stamp on the superhero genre with Heroes & Villains, THR reports today.
The site describes the film, picked up by MGM this week, as a “genre-blending and genre-bending project.” Mitchell will be directing and he also wrote the script.
“Details are being kept hidden in a secret headquarters but it is described as a new take on superheroes,” THR adds.
