Robert Pattinson. Tom Holland. Bill Skarsgård: Watch the Trailer for Netflix’s ‘The Devil All the Time’
One of this year’s most impressive casts has been put together for Netflix‘s The Devil All the Time, including Spider-Man‘s Tom Holland, It Chapter One and Two‘s Bill Skarsgård, The Lodge‘s Riley Keough, The Lighthouse and The Batman‘s Robert Pattinson, Stoker and Crimson Peak‘s Mia Wasikowska, and Pet Sematary‘s Jason Clarke.
Spanning the time between World War II and the Vietnam war, the film, as Netflix describes, “renders a seductive and horrific landscape that pits the just against the corrupted.”
In the film from director Antonio Campos, “In Knockemstiff, Ohio and its neighboring backwoods, sinister characters — an unholy preacher (Pattinson), twisted couple (Clarke and Keough), and crooked sheriff (Sebastian Stan) — converge around young Arvin Russell (Holland) as he fights the evil forces that threaten him and his family.”
You can check out the trailer below. The film hits Netflix on September 16.
Netflix’s film is an adaptation of Donald Ray Pollock’s same-titled novel.
