'All My Friends Are Dead' - Filming Begins on Our Airbnb Slasher Starring JoJo Siwa and Jade Pettyjohn!

Ukrainian-born, Miami-based producer, songwriter, composer, and filmmaker Rostislav Vaynshtok (Terrifier 2), better known as Slavvy, has officially signed on to score All My Friends Are Dead, the upcoming slasher film from Saw IV-3D writer and The Collector director Marcus Dunstan.

All My Friends Are Dead follows a group of close college friends who get a steal on a killer Airbnb for the biggest music festival of the year. A weekend of partying quickly takes a turn for the worst as members of the group are murdered one by one. They soon discover that each one of their deaths directly corresponds to one of the seven deadly sins.

The film, which stars stars Jojo Siwa and Jade Pettyjohn, is currently in post-production.

“I’ve always been a huge fan of the SAW franchise since I was a teenager. Having seen both The Collector and The Collection, and seeing the caliber of talent Marcus works with when it comes to music in his films, I was over the moon for the opportunity to work with him,” said Slavvy. “Charlie Clouser is a huge inspiration and rather than try and be a stand-in for an inimitable talent, I went full tilt with this one. Lots of Disasterpeace, John Carpenter, Goblin, Harry Manfredini, Bobby Krlic, Akira Yamaoka, Miami Nights 1984, Dev Hynes, and Paul Wiley present in this score.”

The soundtrack to the film will also feature a handful of Slavvy’s original songs.

In celebration of the news, Slavvy will release his latest composition, the main theme from Final Summer, on Oct. 24. The film was released on VOD September 12th.

Drawing inspiration from composers such as Vangelis, John Carpenter, Fabio Frizzi, Claudio Simonetti, Goblin, Jerry Goldsmith, Ben Lovett, Tangerine Dream, and the inimitable Disasterpeace. The track features a crushing darkness that sets the tone for bloody carnage to come as the film’s title card rolls. Slavvy will return to compose the full score for sequel that takes the film deeper into the 90’s; Final Summer 2.

Vaynshtok’s previous compositional offerings include songs in episodes of VICE News, and indie slasher titan and Screambox exclusive Terrifier 2, which returns to theaters on Nov. 1, promising fans a preview of the blood-soaked next installment Terrifier 3.

Also, revisit Slavvy’s end credits theme for Terrifier 2.
