After facing censorship issues with the teaser trailer, Faces of Death is now stirring up controversy with its posters.
Revealed by Discussing Film, the film’s artwork has been prohibited by the MPA for being “too intense/disturbing for in-theatre placements where children may see the advertisements passing by.”

Filmed back in 2023, Faces of Death is rated R for “strong bloody violence and gore, sexual content, nudity, language, and drug use.”
