The official Red Band trailer for Evil Dead Burn was unleashed yesterday afternoon, but the night ended with a totally different trailer hitting the internet: the Green Band trailer.
While the Evil Dead Burn Red Band trailer kicks off with a gnarly sequence involving a Deadite and a vehicle headrest, the Green Band trailer begins on a very different note. Since the gruesome footage from the Red Band trailer can’t be used to fill out that first 60 seconds, we’re instead treated to new footage that introduces the characters and their family dynamic.
Evil Dead Burn centers on a broken family, promising one hell of a family reunion when the film brings the classic horror franchise back to theaters on July 10, 2026.
After the loss of her husband, a woman seeks solace with her in-laws in their secluded family home. As one by one they are transformed into Deadites—turning the gathering into a family reunion from hell—she comes to discover that the vows she took in life… live on even in death.
