Following in the wake of Eli Roth’s Ice Cream Man this Summer, Roth’s label The Horror Section will be releasing the slasher movie Stiletto in theaters this Halloween season.
Deadline reports that Stiletto will release in theaters October 30, 2026.
Samuel Gonzalez Jr. (The Retaliators, Night of the Missing) writes and directs, based on a story by actress and exotic dancer Gigi Gustin (The Retaliators, Brute 1976).
Set on the one-year anniversary of the brutal murder of her older sister, The Horror Section’s Stiletto follows Lyric (Gustin) as she seeks retribution and works to protect the dancer community from the masked killer responsible for a wave of strip club slayings.
Charlotte McKinney (Fantasy Island), Colleen Camp (Clue), Meghan Carrasquillo, Stephen Blackehart (Superman), Hannah Hueston, and Russell Todd (Friday the 13th Part 2) also star. The Stiletto Killer’s mask was created by Tom Savini’s partner Jason Baker, who previously designed The Grabber’s mask for The Black Phone.
“Of all the horror sub-genres, there’s none more beloved than the slasher, and also the hardest to create something that feels original and genre-defining,” Eli Roth said in a new statement.
“Drawing from her own personal experience as an exotic dancer, Gigi Gustin and Samuel Gonzalez Jr. have turned real life horror into one of the most fun, original and exciting slasher films I have ever seen,” Roth adds. “Gigi’s performance, both in front of and behind the camera as the creator and producer, has announced one of the most exciting new talents in horror. Her performance is remarkable, and under the inspired direction of Samuel, an equally exciting new talent, they have created a new masked killer that harkens back to the classics and carves in new creative ways I have never seen before. Stiletto delivers the goods on every level, I cannot wait for audiences to discover this on the big screen in theaters this Halloween.”
“The journey of making Stiletto has been the most intense, chaotic, yet equally rewarding experience of my life,” Gigi Gustin recently said in a statement of her own. “There were moments I felt like I was running blind through a dark tunnel in eight-inch heels, fueled only by indie spirit, a negative bank account, and fierce belief in the story.”
Gustin added, “Having someone like Eli in our corner, not just championing the film but becoming an integral part of it, feels completely surreal. I’ve poured every bit of heart, authenticity, glitter and blood I can into this story, and with Eli’s expertise in horror, I truly believe it has the potential to be something extraordinary.”
