Supernatural Horror ‘Goody Goody’ Delivers a Chilling Take on Childbirth This September

Shudder has unveiled a first look at Goody Goody, a supernatural horror film exploring the terror of childbirth, written and directed by Raymond Creamer, making his feature debut.

Goody Goody will begin streaming exclusively on Shudder on September 18.

In Goody Goody,Lulled into a necessary sense of comfort during a long home birth process, expecting parents and their midwife begin to realize something may be horribly wrong. A blizzard rages outside, trapping the family in their home as increasingly sinister complications arise.

Colleen Foy (There Will Be Blood), Samantha Robinson (Cam, The Love Witch), Zoe Renee (The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes), and Colby Hollman star.

I’m obsessed with ghost stories and folklore, so I wanted this project to have a campfire tale or storybook quality to it,said Creamer.The cast is extraordinary, and working with Shudder has been a dream come true. I really hope horror fans get cozy and maybe light a couple candles when they give it a watch.
