‘Black Sheeps’ Trailer – 20 Years Later, the Killer Sheep Horror Movie Gets a Bonkers Sequel

Writer/Director Jonathan King’s 2006 zombie comedy Black Sheep is finally getting a sequel, and the official trailer for Black Sheeps has been unleashed by Umbrella Entertainment.

20 years after the original movie, director Jonathan King revisits the world of his New Zealand cult classic with Black Sheeps, a brand new tale of genetically modified animal horror.

Watch the official trailer for Black Sheeps below.

Lead actor Nathan Meister returns to the role of Henry Oldfield.

Tabatha Killick, Lucia Davison, Joseph Witkowski, Ian Harcourt, Heather O’Carroll, Paul Waggott, and Renaye Tamati also star in the upcoming horror-comedy sequel.

The upcoming Black Sheeps follows a young scientist who is convinced that a dangerous new pathogen threatens the population and tracks it back to her hometown – which is located in the shadow of the remote sheep station where the macabre events of the original Black Sheep unfolded.

King and Meister will also reunite with Richard Taylor’s award-winning special effects company Wētā Workshop, who provided the gnarly creature effects in the first film.

Black Sheeps premieres in New Zealand cinemas beginning November 12.

Stay tuned for U.S. release information as we learn it.
