Kristen Stewart will reteam with Personal Shopper director Olivier Assayas for the upcoming Spiritual World, which is said to be similar to Personal Shopper only “steamier.”
Variety further details this afternoon that Kristen Stewart will lead the cast of Spiritual World as a “haunted, clairvoyant young woman plagued by mysterious premonitions.”
Vicky Krieps, Riley Keough, and Wagner Moura will also star in Spiritual World, alongside Barbara Sukowa (Deux) and Niels Schneider (The Unknown).
“The film will start shooting in February in France and Germany,” Variety notes.
Kristen Stewart is also set to star in the upcoming Flesh of the Gods from distributor A24 and director Panos Cosmatos (Mandy), with Wagner Moura also part of that movie’s cast.
