Nerdcore hip hop artist MC Chris has announced that he will be releasing his new album MC Chris is Dreaming on September 30th. What’s cool about the album is that the theme is MC Chris facing off against Springwood Slasher himself, Freddy Krueger!

Apparently the album focuses on Chris’s own personal issues, which include a lot of nightmares. As a result, the music took on a bit of a comedic yet personal and scary tone, which will see the MC “battle” against Krueger.
