‘Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust’ Getting First Ever Vinyl Release!



Crunchyroll caught wind of a”coming soon” listing over at Tiger Lab Vinyl that promises we’re getting a Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust soundtrack release! The site explains that Tiger Lab is working directly with the film studio and production team for the first official vinyl release of Yoshiaki Kawajiri: 2000 anime film!

Tiger Lab fulfills a unique, anime-centric niche in the world of collectible records, explains Tiger Lab. Their catalog started with Wicked City, and they’ve since produced vinyl versions of the original soundtracks for Devilman: The BirthPerfect Blue, and Urotsukidōji: Legend of the Overfiend.

In the film, “In a dark and distant future, when the undead have arisen from apocalyptic ashes, an original story unfolds. Ten thousand years in the future, vampires rule the night. They once ruled outright but their numbers are in decline. Vampire hunters now threaten the vampires with extinction.
