RLJE Films has acquired North American rights to Arizona, which had its World Premiere at the Sundance Film Festival this past January. You can read our review here.
Jonathan Watson directs the film that’s set in the midst of the 2009 housing crisis and follows Cassie Fowler, a single mom and struggling realtor whose life goes off the rails when she witnesses a murder.
The film stars Danny McBride, Rosemarie DeWitt, Luke Wilson, Lolli Sorenson, Elizabeth Gillies, and Kaitlin Olson.
McBride is, of course, the co-writer on the new Halloween, and also starred in Ridley Scott’s Alien: Covenant.
RLJE Films plans to release this film this coming summer.
