Alice In Chains is kicking off the post-Halloween blues with the music video for “Never Fade”, off their powerful new album Rainier Fog.
“The ‘Never Fade’ video is a continuation of ‘The One You Know,’” says vocalist/guitarist William DuVall. “The full story will gradually be revealed.”
While no details were given, the band revealed that the footage in the video is actually from the forthcoming film Black Antenna, which Bloody Disgusting learned is directed by Adam Mason – who you may remember as the filmmaker behind The Devil’s Chair, Blood River, Broken, Pig and many, many others. While we don’t have info on the film’s plot, the music video harkens back to A Nightmare On Elm Street 2: Freddy’s Revenge when the dream demon comes slashing out of Jesse’s stomach. Here, it looks more sci-fi. Eric Michael Cole, Paul Sloan and Viktoriya Dov star in the film.
