Tonebox is the project of Midwest based artist Jonas Pinnau, who’s latest album “Cloud Highway” is available now via NewRetroWave Records.
Blending influences of the 70s and 80s, synthwave, chiptune, ambient, and electro house, Tonebox is music created to relax, inspire, invigorate, and stimulate creativity.
“CloudHighway” is the follow up to the debut Tonebox album, “Nocturn”. “CloudHighway” expands on the past sci-fi mind-bending electro synthwave chops of “Nocturn” and pushes further refinement and sophistication to the carefully crafted tracks. “CloudHighway” takes make twists and turns, from deep, dark, and heavy, to ethereal, existential, and introspective. Teaming up with NRW Records and visuals by FVCKRENDER, “Cloud Highway” is a audio experience three years in the making that is now ready to be heard.
