We knew Code Orange was on the brink of return after releasing the entrance theme for WWE superstar The Fiend (who had his mask designed by Tom Savini’s makeup team).
It became official today with the release of the first single off Underneath, the title track from the highly anticipated forthcoming album (pre-order) to be released by Roadrunner Records on March 13, 2020.
“‘Underneath’ finds Code Orange once again confounding expectations, piling element on element, and towering towards the sky,” writes the release. “Rattling drum loops give way to bursts of rage as “Underneath” transforms into something colossal, daring, and resilient, setting the tone for one of the year’s most exhilarating heavy records.”
