‘Infestation’ on SyFy Network this Saturday
Just a reminder that Kyle Rankin’s Infestation premieres this Saturday in the SyFy Channel before arriving on DVD October 13 from First Look. Check out the new DVD art and trailer below. Fear takes over a mundane workday when slacker office drone Cooper (Chris Marquette) wakes up in a massive cocoon spun by mutant, flesh-eating insects. One by one, Cooper unwraps those around him, forming a team of strangers to fight off the infestation. The team and other survivors must battle to stay alive and take back the Earth by fighting off gigantic flying bugs and human hybrid mutants.
This year marks the 30th anniversary of Tim Burton’s sci-fi movie Mars Attacks!, and IGN has announced this afternoon that the film is being celebrated with a brand new 4K release.
When can you expect it? IGN reports, “Mars Attacks! will be available for purchase digitally in 4K Ultra HD and on 4K UHD Blu-ray Disc on August 11, 2026.”
