Two time Academy Award nominee Dennis Hopper passed away this weekend after a long bout with prostate cancer. He was 74. I ironically read the news while watching an HD presentation of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, Tobe Hooper’s sequel that featured Hopper as Lieutenant ‘Lefty’ Enright. No matter what the role, Hopper’s performance was always stellar and memorable.
