Contributing writer Corey Mitchell has begun churning out reviews from last month’s Fantastic Fest Film Festival, a week-long genre event that takes place annually in Austin, Texas. New reviews will be added to our database, while he’ll be chiming in on previously reviewed movies over at his official blog. Kicking off the festivities, Mitchell has added a scathing review of Adam Green’s slasher sequel Hatchet II, alongside a mixed review for Lionsgate’s Buried, a thriller starring Ryan Reynolds that’s now in theaters everywhere.
