Hannibal Pictures (Giallo) is getting into the survival horror biz with Beneath the Deep, the latest offering from Doom director Andrzej Bartkowiak.
The film begins when “a storm capsizes a diving vessel, trapping the crew and a group of divers in a cove where a saltwater crocodile will stop at nothing to protect its young.” Armand Speca penned the screenplay. Production begins next year.
While it does sound exciting, I doubt it’ll be any better than Wolf Creek director Greg McLean’s awesome Rogue.
