AFM ’11: First Image From Jonathan Levine’s ‘Warm Bodies’!
I’m really looking forward to Jonathan Levine’s Warm Bodies. I think he’s a great new talent with a deft handle on a lot of tones that most directors his age would turn mawkish.
This new image out of AFM confirms that Summit is intent on making a bid to the Twilight audience with this film. With all of the success the franchise has had, I can’t blame them. But it’s okay to expect more out of this movie. I recently spent some time on the film’s set – and while I can’t say ANYTHING yet – everything indicates that it’s far better and more interesting than anything Twilight.
The film stars Nicholas Hoult, Rob Corddry, Theresa Palmer and John Malkovich. Based on the book by Isaac Marion the story “follows an existentially tormented zombie named “R” who begins an unlikely friendship with the girlfriend of one of his victims. It starts a chain reaction that will transform him, his fellow zombies, and maybe the whole undead world.”

Warner Bros. Entertainment and DC are getting set to unleash the Batman: Knightfall Trilogy, a 3-movie animated event that will carry a bloody ‘R’ rating. Batman: Knightfall Part 1 has been dated for Digital release on August 25, and the official trailer has arrived.
Gotham’s darkest night is coming…
Batman: Knightfall Part 1: Knightfall finds Bruce Wayne fighting his toughest enemies including Bane. Coming to Digital on August 25, followed by 4K, Blu-ray, and DVD September 8.

The voice cast for Batman: Knightfall features Anson Mount as Batman/Bruce Wayne, Michael Mando as Bane, and Pablo Schreiber as Jean-Paul Valley/Azrael.
Jeff Wamester directed the upcoming first film, which was written by Jeremy Adams. The Knightfall Trilogy adapts the Batman: Knightfall comic book arc from the early 1990s.
Batman: Knightfall Part 1: Knightfall is Rated ‘R’ for “strong bloody violence.”
