Hear Replacement Singer Floor Jansen With Nightwish
Fans of the band Nightwish got a huge shock earlier this week when it was announced that the band had split with singer Anette Olzon. The band announced that their current touring schedule would NOT be affected as the band had landed a temporary replacement singer: Revamp‘s Floor Jansen (ex-After Forever). Nearly 23 minutes of video footage of Floor singing for Nightwish has surfaced, recorded at the Portland, OR concert last night (Oct. 2nd). You can watch the footage below.
Looking at the footage, it would make PERFECT sense for Floor to become the new singer of the band. She has the operatic talent (not too mention the training) of Tarja Turunen and a FAR better stage presence than Anette Olzon.

Variety notes in their coverage of the album, “To support the record, Charli will head out on a 12-date North American arena tour, kicking off on September 11 in Philadelphia. The trek includes two nights at both Brooklyn’s Barclays Center and Los Angeles’ Kia Forum.”
