Exclusive: ‘The Last Exorcism’ Star Joins Danny Trejo For ‘Bad Ass’ Sequel
They’re making a sequel to Bad Ass, Bloody Disgusting can exclusively report.
Machete‘s Danny Trejo returns in the main role alongside The Last Exorcism‘s Patrick Fabian.
Craig C. Moss directs once again from his own screenplay.
The sequel follows Frank Vega (Trejo) and Bernie Pope who may look like a couple of harmless oldsters – but don’t judge a book by its cover, because these guys are “Bad Asses.” When Frank’s protege, the young Manny Parkes, is murdered by drug traffickers, under the protection of an Argentinian diplomat, the duo spring into action!
Shooting begins this April in Los Angeles.

Sound of Silence will be on VOD and Digital March 9, 2023.
