‘Godzilla’ Destruction Hits the Subway
Most of the Godzilla coverage on other sites is hit-whoring garbage. I mean, how many images and videos do you need to see of a talk or a guy wearing a military uniform? Exactly.

Making his first appearance in 1954 (Gojira) Godzilla is a giant monster that lives in the sea that comes from the ocean to feed on mankind. Warner Bros. will unleash his fury on May 16, 2014.

The project for Blumhouse and Platinum Dunes is being described as a “fast-paced thriller,” and Deadline reports today that Violett Beane (Truth or Dare) has joined the cast.

Michael Bay, Jason Blum, Brad Fuller and Cameron Fuller — “who brought the script in to Platinum Dunes” — are producing the upcoming Drop. Sam Lerner is an executive producer.
THR notes, “The film is a Platinum Dunes and Blumhouse production for Universal.”
