A Czech Republic judge has overturned a prosecutors appealed the not guilty verdict for Randy Blythe, vocalist of metal band Lamb Of God. Blythe was charged with manslaughter in the 2010 death of 19-year old Daniel Nosek, who passed away after suffering head injuries at a LoG concert in Prague. Because the appeal was overturned Blythe can not be charged with this offense again and is officially cleared.
While I personally am celebrating this moment, I am also taking a moment to reflect on Nosek, who was only a young man upon his death. Regardless of how I feel about Blythe’s freedom, I still wish to once again extend my condolences and thoughts to Nosek’s family.
