Jim Mickle is becoming a genre icon, having directed Mulberry Street, Stake Land and We Are What We Are.
His latest offering premiered at the Sundance Film Festival this past January, and was quickly snatched up by IFC Films.
Cold In July, the Mickle-directed drama that stars “Dexter’s” Michael C. Hall, Sam Shepard, Don Johnson and Vinessa Shaw, will be opening on VOD May 28. It will also be in limited theaters, presumably Los Angeles and New York.
