Sludge metal band Mastodon is gearing up for the upcoming release of Once More Round The Sun, the group’s sixth studio album, which comes out this June via Warner. Yesterday, a leak of a new single entitled “High Road” was leaked by a radio station but has since been taken down. However, that didn’t stop people from grabbing and sharing the rip.
In an effort to combat this, the band has released a high-quality stream of the track, which you can listen to below. It’s got all the trademarks of a badass Mastodon track, including thick, fuzzy guitars, great harmonies, and headbang-worthy riffage.
