The Tony Award winning musical The Book Of Mormon didn’t convert me into loving musicals but I definitely had an amazing time when I saw it in Detroit (check out my review here). And now a very clever and incredibly talented animator by the name of Simon Chong has taken the opening song “Hello” and brought it into the lovely town of South Park, complete with all the characters we’ve come to know and love!
Honestly, seeing this video makes me wish that Trey Parker and Matt Stone would recreate The Book Of Mormon in the same style as South Park. It worked so beautifully here that I would be blown away by the possibilities a full length would offer.
