Developer Hinterland Games has released a new trailer for their upcoming first person survival game The Long Dark. It’s atmospheric, gorgeous, and even a bit emotional. The world has ended, but it’s not because of zombies, aliens, it was us, and now the few humans who are left must try their best to survive against a harsh world.
If anything, the fact that The Long Dark is a post-apocalyptic game that eschews the brown and grey color palettes of the other titles in its genre in favor of something vibrant and colorful makes this a game worth having on your radar.
