At QuakeCon, which wrapped up this past Sunday, Bethesda held a blood drive inspired by Shinji Mikami’s upcoming survival horror game The Evil Within, called The Good Within. It seems QuakeCon attendees were feeling extra generous this year, as the American Red Cross has revealed the drive accrued enough blood to save an estimated 372 lives. Now I’m looking forward to spilling about 372 people’s worth of blood when The Evil Within arrives this October.

The Evil Within is slated to release on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on October 14.
