We still have the weekend before Gamescom closes its doors and the wait begins for the next big con — that would be Tokyo Game Show, if you’re curious, which runs from Sept 18-22. This was my fourth time covering Europe’s annual bash of all things video games, so I like to think that I have a decent idea of what to expect going in. I never thought I’d say what I’m about to say, but this year’s expo handily beat down every other con this year, including E3.
The headlines were grand, they were exciting, and they were many.
