Parisian electronic artist Perturbator made a lot of waves last year with this stellar release Dangerous Days, which may very well be one of the best retrosynth albums in recent history. And now James Kent, the man behind the music, is working hard on a follow up album.
On the side, Kent is also working on what sounds like a truly eerie and terrifying side project entitled L’Enfant De La Forêt. There are some tracks that were released a while ago, available to stream below, and the overall sound is something very sinister and haunting. While Perturbator takes the tongue-in-cheek fun of 80’s sci-fi/horror, it sounds like L’Enfant De La Forêt is going to be the serious companion, the one that means business.
Head below to stream the tracks and also check out the very awesome artwork, which reminds of the red demon from Insidious!
