Bloody-Disgusting has teamed up with Swedish industrial metal group Rave The Reqviem to bring you the exclusive music video premiere for “Aeon”, their latest single! The video makes heavy use of religious imagery, juxtaposing the softness of angelic hymns, courtesy of vocalist/songwriter Filip Lönnqvist’s mother, with the darkness and anger of metal.
Lönnqvist states:
Since I’m known for being a pretentious and pompous perfectionist, I’m stunned by the fact that these guys managed to deliver a music video which made me 100% satisfied. It’s the perfect visual propaganda for our grotesque little sect.

The production of this video has been both an artistic and logistic challenge for all of us. In order to capture the religious/occult and iconic feeling we were looking for, we had to persuade both church councils and restaurant owners in order to find right setting. But it was worth it. The end result is amazing and captures the essence of the band: More is more!
