IGN has created a fantastic timeline of every X-Man ever. It’s pretty self explanatory but it’s super interesting to see how the team grew over the course of its 50 year history. The members you might remember as being typical mainstays certainly show up later than expected.the diversity of the X-Men can really be felt within the body of this video. And, if nothing else watch it to relive all the insanity this huge team has gone through time and time again.
I was impressed to see the All-New, All-Different X-Men relaunch and how it focused entirely on a multicultural team. As a long time X-men fanatic I somehow never even considered how this team was dynamically different. All I know is I came in at possibly the worst time to be a X-Men fan: the 1990’s.
