One of my favorite April Fool’s Day prank came from Julien Knez / golem13.fr, who pretended to be a hipster who only watched new films and televisions show on VHS.
Since we’re all stuck in a nostalgia abyss, the joke worked, spreading word across the land that shows like “The Walking Dead”, “Dexter”, and even “Breaking Bad” were available somewhere on this planet on VHS.
What makes the joke work so well is that he physically made these pieces of art, utilizing them in actual photos to trick the “fools” on one of my favorite holidays.
