Now that Marilyn Manson has reconciled his relationship with Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins, he’s begun to turn his attention to Jonathan Davis of Korn. The two’s friendship apparently suffered a serious blow in 2002, supposedly due to drugs.
Manson performed the track “Redeemer”, which was originally written and performed by Davis, so that it could appear on the soundtrack to Queen Of The Damned.
Manson stated to Metal Hammer:
Jonathan and I used to be really close. We hadn’t seen each other in quite some time. Now he and I are talking about doing something completely unexpected together.
A collaboration project between these two has been something people have wanted for a long time, so it could be very interesting to see what comes from this.
