The first image of FBI agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully (David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson, respectively) from the upcoming six-episode season of “The X-Files” has surfaced! It’s not a clean photo as it’s a shot of a screen from a production tent, but the focus is definitely on the two characters.
While Scully looks as regal and well put together as ever, Mulder definitely looks like time has caught up with him. He’s got grey stubble and is unkemptly dressed.
The new season will air in early 2016. While there are speculations on what the episodes will be about, nothing has been confirmed by FOX or show creator Chris Carter.
